In my experience a far better resource is

Build with Living Stones: Formation for Franciscan Life and Work. 
This is published by the Franciscan Institute, Bonavendutre, New York, in 
2001. It is loose leaf in a substantial folder and should be obtainable via the 
Franciscan International Study Centre at Canterbury or you can get details via 
the Franciscan Institute website:

http://franinst.sbu.edu

This is based on the Comprehensive Course on the Franciscan Missionary 
Charism. It is Roman Catholic but none the worse for that and contains some 
stimulating and excellent material. It has 14 sessions, each one of which has an 
introduction, gives a survey of the issue under discussion, gives background 
information, provides reflections and further readings.

For anyone who is interested I can supply a more detailed synopsis.
