[Gselections2015] Saturday meeting - agenda and change of venue

Dear all

Thanks so much for coming to the meeting on Saturday, which was really good. Simon will circulate the notes shortly.

I'm attaching the next draft of the Project Description, for Phase 1 of the project, so that we can move to employ a consultant in January. I would be very grateful for comments today, if possible, as I'd like to get it out tomorrow - time is tight. I'll assume silence means consent :-) 

I'm also attaching the latest draft of the Manifesto. Dorothea, Guy, Sally, if you were able to come up with a redraft today in the light of the comments on Saturday that would be brilliant, but no worries if not - I'll circulate this as a draft with the project details.
