Voluntary observations by bishops:

I do not want any further ways of speeding up my personal work, since this creates an expectation of immediacy in response and I'm going as fast as I can! It's great for staff to use.

I do not have sufficient funds to hook up or purchase modems and other equipment for Internet or E-mail.
