Good day good people

This is your list administrator speaking.

Firstly thank you to all those who are persevering - you are absolute honeys
:0)

If I get a misdirected subscription/unsubscription request (I.e. it comes to
the list and not the list server) I try to attend to it immediately.

Sadly I am not as quick as some need me to be.

I will try harder.

thank you to those who have tried to remind others gently of list etiquette.
May I give a brief overview?

All mail sent to tssf-studies at justus.anglican.org goes to everyone
subscribed to the list (currently 119 others).

Please, please be very careful when replying to another list member in a
personal conversation. Send a separate email to them at their own address.
Do not use the 'reply' button unless you desire the whole list to know about
every part of your conversation with an individual.

Many should know how to extract a person's email address from the mail they
send to the list. If you cannot you may
    - go to listinfo and find it there
    - look it up in a copy of the TSSF address list (available FOC from
Alex Calveley in cyber format)
    - ask me and I will help you out.

No one receives unsolicited mail from the list - if you are here it is
because you chose to answer an invitation to join or asked me to subscribe
you.

Please make this point to any who are wondering about joining the list or
who would like to have a 'moan' about the time whilst they were here.

Please remember that I am available as your servant to the list and will
attend to any request you make to me that I can. Again though that needs to
come to me personally at andrew.dotchin at ntlworld.com and not to the
tssf-studies address.

Thank you very much to those who have offered suggestions about tidying up
the way the list works. I am in conversation with the owner of the
justus.anglican domain to find ways of putting them into practice.

Later tonight look out for an email from me on how we are to face the
challenge of community - let's get down to doing some studying and
reflection.

Pax et Bonum

Andrew
