[RivCompanions] Special GC

Thank you all for your input on scheduling a special time for us to be
together and make some decisions regarding the future of the Motherhouse
and the direction of the Community.

The preferences for the two weekends looked almost equal.  There may be a
very slight advantage to the October date, although I realize it's less
convenient for some, and the Friday is impossible for a couple, but not the
Saturday.  So, let's plan to gather on Friday (or before, if you'd like to
arrive a bit early) in time to begin conversation by early afternoon, and
to have all day Saturday together.  Some will need to leave in time to get
back on Sunday, but others will be welcome to stay, and, depending on where
we are then, perhaps do some further planning.

So... mark your calendars:
