I think Tarik gave you some good references.
Most books by Francis MacNutt will help. As general books I like
Healing in the Landscape of Prayer by Avery Brooke, Healing as a Parish
Ministry by Leo Thomas and Learning to do What Jesus Did by Mike Evans/Wholeness
Ministries. The latter leans towards the right but I found a lot of
neat things in it.

If feasible, I'd consider is sending someone
down to Jacksonville, FL to take some courses from MacNutt. He offers a
great introductory course that covers the full gamut of healing prayer plus two
courses that go into more depth on various subjects. I don't think you
need to take the first course to take the followups, especially if the student
already has experience in healing. Contact them and see what they
suggest. See <A

You can also send them a small donation and get on their mailing list which
includes an informative newsletter put out every 2-3 months.
