At our Saturday night service members of the congregation, at the invitation of our priest, gather to lay hands on anyone who asks for that.  Sometimes the priest asks and they either agree or not, though I've never heard of anyone declining.  The parish has a strong sense that this is valuable to us, and that it makes a real difference.

What do you think about asking for healing from God in order to repay one's enemies?  

...about thinking that God raises us up because of our integrity?  Does this raise the salvation by way of faith vs. works question, or is that beside this question?

I'm not sure what you mean? Do you mean asking healing for ourselves to
pay back our enemies, or asking for healing for our enemies?
