[Europe.justus] Reimbursements of Convocation expenses

Dear All,

All those who wish to submit expenses for reimbursement to the  
Convocation must get them to the Office within sixty days of the  
expense incurred.  These requests must be on the official  
Reimbursement Form*, accompanied by original receipts.

Otherwise, any submission that does not meet these criteria will be  
refused.
