About ChurchSew	English (USA)
ChurchSew is a list whose primary purpose is to discuss church sewing, vestments, altar and other linens and what ever goes with it. It is a non-denominational (or perhaps better said all denominational) list, with subjects so far ranging from stoles and altar cloths to projects for a bible school class. We discuss sewing, embroidery and other arts and occasionally get off on another topic. It started out with a post to another sewing list regarding a problem sewing an altar linen, lots of "me too" posts appeared, and I felt it must be a sign from God that we needed a list devoted to church related sewing. So, here we are!!! We will accept any new members who happen to find us; so, if YOU wish to pass the list address along, feel free to do so. You may sign-up for the automatic list, using this website. When you sign up, you can choose whether you want to get each email as it is sent, or whether you want to get them in bundles, each containing more than one message. If you want to get them in bundles, select the "digest" option. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the ChurchSew Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using ChurchSew
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ChurchSew@justus.anglican.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ChurchSew
Subscribe to ChurchSew by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
